About the role
We are looking for a dedicated full‑time Secretary to join our team in Al Khobar. The role is on‑site and involves providing comprehensive administrative support to company leadership while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties such as document handling, filing, and record‑keeping.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange logistics for internal and external events.
- Manage correspondence, draft letters, and handle email communications.
- Interact with clients, delivering professional customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Support company secretarial obligations, including compliance documentation and minute‑taking.
Required profile
- Strong clerical abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance.
- Proven customer‑service orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
