Game Producer

About the role

Makera, a fast‑growing gaming and digital entertainment studio, is looking for a Game Producer to own the full lifecycle of titles in its user‑generated‑content (UGC) portfolio. You will guide games from concept through launch, ongoing LiveOps, and continuous optimisation, working closely with product, design, development, art, QA, community and monetisation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage production plans, milestones, priorities and release schedules for assigned games.
• Translate game concepts and product goals into clear tasks and roadmaps, coordinating developers, designers, artists, QA and other contributors.
• Oversee LiveOps, seasonal updates, events and content drops, ensuring a consistent release cadence.
• Monitor key metrics (retention, engagement, monetisation) and turn player feedback and data into actionable improvements.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, boards and acceptance criteria, and escalate blockers early.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the end‑to‑end production of live games or similar interactive products.
• Strong understanding of gameplay systems, progression, economy and content pipelines.
• Ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent organisational skills, with a track record of keeping multiple workstreams on schedule.
