General Foreperson – Site Supervisor for Hotel Construction

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled General Foreperson to lead all civil, structural and architectural activities on a prestigious hotel construction project. The role covers end‑to‑end site supervision, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site construction activities, guaranteeing quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety standards.
• Review drawings, blueprints and technical specifications to confirm compliance with project design.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers and site teams to maintain smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and material requirements to support timely delivery.
• Enforce HSE regulations and report incidents according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance records, material logs and daily progress reports.
• Evaluate team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years on hotel or high‑rise projects.
• Experience in the GCC region is a strong advantage.
• Strong technical ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
