General Ledger Accountant

About the role

The General Ledger Accountant supports daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records across multiple departments. This role involves processing recoveries, journal entries, and performing reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record recoveries for recruitment, IT, RFCs, bonuses, treasury, restaurant expenses, and depreciation charges.
• Prepare and enter records for dependent and iqama fees, GL entries from divisions, internal entries, and various settlements.
• Handle visa-related entries, travel invoice entries, and perform daily transaction checks.
• Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations and coordinate account matching with other divisions.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
