General Manager – Facility Management

About the role

The General Manager (GM) will lead the Facility Management business, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to drive sustainable growth, profitability and client satisfaction. This senior position holds full P&L responsibility and oversees all aspects of operations, finance, commercial activities and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic business plan.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion and EBITDA targets.
• Own full P&L responsibility, manage budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.
• Oversee Facility Management operations across all contracts and sites.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support tendering, bidding and contract negotiations.
• Develop key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop senior management teams.
• Ensure compliance, governance and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 8–10 years in senior management.
• Strong Facility Management industry experience.
• Proven track record in P&L management, budgeting and financial performance.
• Experience managing large‑scale operations, contracts and business growth initiatives.
