General Manager – Go Range

About the role

The General Manager will lead the development, launch and growth of Go Range, a tech‑enhanced golf driving‑range brand, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Board, you will be fully accountable for strategy, commercial performance, operations and financial results while expanding the network from three venues in 2026 to twenty by 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable business strategy aligned with Golf Saudi’s Vision 2030 mandate.
• Drive end‑to‑end venue rollout – site selection, recruitment, fit‑out, opening and steady‑state operations.
• Identify and secure new locations, building a robust pipeline of commercially viable sites.
• Oversee day‑to‑day performance through Venue Managers, ensuring technology, customer experience, retail, tuition and F&B standards.
• Establish SOPs, service standards and operational KPIs across all venues.
• Manage group‑level supplier contracts for retail, food & beverage, cleaning, security and maintenance.
• Own P&L, budgets, forecasts and financial targets; approve pricing, vendor contracts and capital investments.
• Lead commercial innovation in events, partnerships, retail, tuition and sponsorship.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, health and safety requirements and report to the Board.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Track record of scaling multi‑site operations in a consumer‑facing environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build strategic partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder management with government, investors and executive audiences.
