General Manager

About the role

The General Manager will be the founding architect of IMMUNE’s Saudi Arabia chapter, leading the launch and growth of a technology‑focused education institute in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the IMMUNE Saudi Board, you will own the full P&L and shape the institute’s strategic direction in line with Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a 3‑year strategic roadmap, aligning with national digital transformation goals.
• Represent IMMUNE with government bodies, securing campus licensing, program accreditation and ongoing compliance.
• Build and lead an executive team (CAO, heads of sales, marketing, operations) while achieving 50%+ Saudization targets.
• Own commercial performance, driving revenue and EBITDA targets.
• Lead B2B and B2G business development, securing partnerships with major Saudi corporations and public sector entities.
• Oversee campus establishment, academic operations and the B2C learning strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility, preferably in education, technology or large‑scale training environments.
• Strong track record of building high‑performing teams and meeting ambitious growth targets.
• Deep understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks and experience navigating government approvals.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with national initiatives.
