General Practitioner (Physician) – Primary Care

About the role

The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) is seeking a full‑time General Practitioner to deliver primary care services to its trainees and staff in Riyadh. This hybrid role combines on‑site clinical duties with occasional remote administrative work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient consultations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct clinical assessments, order and interpret investigations, and prescribe medications.
• Coordinate care with nursing and allied health professionals and maintain accurate medical records.
• Lead health‑promotion activities, preventive care programs, and vaccination campaigns.
• Participate in emergency response for on‑site incidents.
• Deliver health‑education sessions and basic medical training to staff and trainees.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers and regulatory bodies as needed.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Valid license/registration to practice as a General Practitioner in Saudi Arabia (or eligibility to obtain it).
• Strong foundation in medicine, primary care, and family medicine.
• Ability to work effectively with nursing professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest or experience in providing health education and training.
• Proficiency in clear medical documentation and use of electronic health record systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural educational environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and local health regulations.
• Experience in occupational health or institutional healthcare settings is an advantage.
