GIS Specialist

About the role

1stech, a subsidiary of Master Works, is seeking a motivated GIS Specialist to support geospatial projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves data collection, processing, analysis, visualization, and geodatabase management.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate and maintain geospatial and attribute data.
• Create professional maps, dashboards and GIS‑based reports.
• Perform spatial analysis, geoprocessing, data conversion and quality checks.
• Manage and update geodatabases and GIS datasets from vector and raster sources.
• Support data integration between GIS platforms and enterprise systems.
• Assist in developing GIS applications, web maps and field data collection tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Surveying, Geospatial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant GIS experience.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Knowledge of coordinate systems, projections and spatial data formats.
• Familiarity with Web GIS concepts and applications.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
