Golf Coach

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Golf Coach to deliver high‑quality coaching and training sessions for participants of the Golf Saudi Academy. The role involves implementing the approved curriculum, tracking player progress, and ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment aligned with academy objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions after approval, maintaining consistent training quality.
• Design lesson plans, drills, and practice activities tailored to various ages and skill levels.
• Assess player performance, keep training records, and provide constructive feedback.
• Support admissions and onboarding by explaining program structure, rules, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with academy and club operations to align schedules, facility usage, and equipment readiness.
• Promote a positive participant experience during sessions and academy events.
• Assist with community outreach, clinics, and events to increase program participation.
• Help prepare tournaments and academy events, including warm‑ups, rules briefings, and on‑course support.
• Ensure compliance with coaching standards, safeguarding, and health & safety practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or a related field.
• Professional golf coaching certification (e.g., PGA) preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in golf coaching or training delivery.
