Graduate HR Specialist – Entry Level HR Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate HR Specialist to join our Jeddah office. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in Human Resources within a global engineering and consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes, including document collection and new‑hire orientation.
• Maintain and update employee files, both digital and physical.
• Prepare employment contracts and official letters in line with company policies and Saudi labour law.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate employee data.
• Enter HR data and generate basic reports in HR systems.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience (internships acceptable).
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the HR function.
