Graduate Training Program – Retail Operations Internship

About the role

As a graduate trainee you will be immersed in frontline retail business scenarios, learning the operational models, processes and standards across product, supply‑chain, warehousing, transportation and distribution modules. You will actively contribute to optimizing regional operations by managing on‑site activities, monitoring key performance indicators and analysing data to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in retail‑related projects across product, supply‑chain, warehousing, transportation and delivery to improve operational efficiency and quality.
• Work with core business data (performance metrics, costs, safety) to build index systems, develop and implement business strategies, and optimise processes for standardisation.
• Assist in creating and refining risk‑control systems for partner merchants, support data analysis on merchant performance and regularly prepare business analysis reports for risk‑management decisions.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandarin a plus); bachelor’s degree or higher; strong logical thinking, data‑processing and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, self‑motivated, proactive, resilient, optimistic and innovative; outgoing, adaptable and curious about the retail business.
