Graphic Designer – PMO for Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to support a new PMO focused on major highway and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will translate design briefs into professional visual assets that align with the company’s brand and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Study design briefs, determine requirements and conceptualise visuals.
• Prepare rough drafts, present ideas and develop illustrations, logos and other graphics using industry‑standard software.
• Apply appropriate colours, layouts and branding to each graphic and amend designs based on feedback.
• Produce design reports, status reports, dashboards, bidding documents and other project‑related documentation.
• Collaborate with the PMO team and managers to ensure designs meet organisational standards and deadlines.
• Identify process flaws, propose improvements and create new design standards.
• Maintain internal databases related to graphic design tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, logos and other visual work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work methodically under deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support overall PMO efficiency.
