Graphic Designer – Product Promotions & Digital Media

About the role

Alfanar is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce high‑quality visual assets for product promotions, sales campaigns, and digital channels. The role involves translating brand guidelines into compelling print and digital designs while meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and create graphics for print and digital media, adhering to Exa brand guidelines.
• Design product packaging, marketing tools, campaign materials, social‑media posts, and web graphics.
• Resize and adapt designs for various marketing platforms and sales channels.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date visual database and archive design assets for easy retrieval.
• Report daily progress and ensure timely delivery of all design requisitions.
• Lead and coach junior team members, delegating tasks to maintain morale and productivity.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of design standards and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Design.
• 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proven ability to work with brand guidelines and deliver both print and digital assets.
• Experience in supervising or training junior designers is a plus.
