Graphic Designer Senior Specialist

About the role

The Graphic Designer – Senior Specialist will develop and execute creative visual assets that bring Alnafitha IT's brand, campaigns, and communications to life. Working within established brand guidelines, the designer will produce impactful visuals for digital and print channels, supporting marketing, demand generation, and internal branding initiatives. The role collaborates closely with marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure visual consistency and enhance brand perception.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design visual assets for digital platforms such as social media, web banners, and email campaigns.
• Create print collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, and event materials while ensuring accurate print preparation.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to guarantee visual consistency across all touch‑points.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling designs.
• Manage the digital asset library, ensuring proper organisation, version control, and accessibility.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve visual output.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in graphic design, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to brand standards and project timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
