GRC and Legal Risk Officer

About the role

The GRC and Legal Risk Officer will lead the development and maintenance of governance, risk and compliance frameworks for our Riyadh office. You will ensure alignment with industry best practices, local and international regulations, and support senior leadership in making informed risk‑based decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve governance frameworks in line with regulatory standards.
• Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate enterprise, operational and technology risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Develop, review and update GRC policies, procedures and related documentation.
• Conduct periodic compliance assessments, control testing and gap analyses.
• Prepare and present governance, risk and compliance reports to senior management and the Board.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, internal auditors and external auditors.
• Promote a culture of governance, risk management and compliance through training and awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance within a corporate, regulatory or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical, reporting and documentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Arabic (essential).
