Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead the pharmaceutical warehouse operations for Meena Health in Saudi Arabia, ensuring safe storage, accurate inventory, and regulatory compliance. This senior position requires overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and acting as the primary contact for inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping, using ERP/WMS tools.
• Maintain compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Conduct inventory count audits, manage SOPs, handle deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Represent the facility during SFDA inspections and audits, ensuring full regulatory adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a valid SCFHS registration as pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• Minimum 7 years of warehouse or supply‑chain management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Expertise in inventory control system parameters and implementation.
• In‑depth knowledge of GSDP, cGMP, and QMS regulations.
• Experience handling SFDA compliance, inspections, and audit processes.
