Senior Associate – Risk Internal Audit (Jeddah)

About the role

As a Senior Associate within PwC's Risk Consulting team, you will work alongside a group of problem‑solvers delivering internal audit and risk management solutions to clients across the Middle East. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations strengthen resilience, improve internal controls and meet regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal audit plans, including risk identification, methodology design and testing of controls.
• Engage with client teams throughout the audit lifecycle, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Provide recommendations to improve control maturity and mitigate identified risks.
• Manage engagement budgets, economics and communication with stakeholders.
• Coach junior staff, review their work and deliver constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Governance, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3‑6 years of internal audit experience, preferably at a Big‑4 firm.
• Professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP or CMA is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, report‑writing and client‑relationship skills.
