About the role

Codezal AI is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive its brand presence and lead generation on LinkedIn and other social platforms. You will blend content creation, design, and paid‑social tactics to build both inbound and outbound pipelines for the consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Codezal AI’s LinkedIn profile, producing bilingual (Arabic & English) posts that capture audience attention.
• Design visual assets and ensure all published material meets high‑quality standards.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns with a focus on ROI and pipeline generation.
• Manage media‑buying budgets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust spend based on data insights.
• Develop and refine inbound and outbound lead pipelines, continuously iterating based on analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B growth or marketing, preferably within a startup environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong writing abilities in both languages.
• Strong visual sense and confidence to produce polished design work.
• Hands‑on experience with paid social campaigns and data‑driven optimisation.
