Guest Environment Expert – Housekeeping

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay at our Ritz‑Carlton property. Working full‑time on the hotel floor, you will uphold the brand’s Gold Standards through meticulous housekeeping and attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
• Deliver guest requests promptly, including stocking carts and providing fresh linens.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication at all times.

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle objects up to 50 pounds.
