Guest Experience Agent

About the role

As a Guest Experience Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring a seamless stay. You will work at the front desk, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, payments and providing local insights that make each visit feel personalized.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional greeting and acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members.
• Process reservations, payments and billing accurately.
• Manage swift and seamless check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations for dining, attractions and services.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for guest inquiries, bill issues, and local advice.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills to handle compliments and concerns.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to turn issues into positive experiences.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Literacy and numeracy skills with confidence using computers.
