About the role

The Guest Experience Agent delivers memorable and personalized service throughout a guest’s stay at a Ritz‑Carlton property. This frontline role ensures every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards, creating lasting impressions for guests.

Key responsibilities

Guide guests through check‑in, check‑out and all phases of their stay.
Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete daily reports.
Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies, and protect confidential information.
Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification required.
