Guest Relations Supervisor

About the role

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor to join its Front Services team. Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, you will work closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Butler Services, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, personalized stay.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Guest Relations function, ensuring high‑quality, memorable guest experiences.
• Welcome and engage VIPs, repeat guests, long‑stay guests, and special‑attention guests, coordinating all arrangements flawlessly.
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence in the lobby, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, Butler Services, Housekeeping, and F&B to deliver integrated service.
• Monitor guest feedback, assist with service recovery, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Capture and communicate guest preferences, profiles, special occasions, and requests to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Passionate about building genuine relationships and delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Butler Services, or a comparable luxury hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
