Guest Service Agent – Front Desk

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating welcoming first impressions and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. You will combine attentive service with detailed knowledge of hotel amenities to deliver memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete check‑in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
• Process check‑out efficiently, verify charges, handle payments and issue receipts using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, hotel services and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and up‑sell services to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and manage communications with care.
