Guest Service Agent – Front Office (Local Candidates)

About the role

We are seeking a welcoming and energetic Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at the First Vignette Collection’s Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel in Saudi Arabia. This front‑office position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering personalized, luxury hospitality experiences and wish to launch a career in the hotel industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Provide warm, proactive customer service, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Act as an information hub, offering detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Process payments, post charges, prepare folios, and handle currency exchange following hotel financial procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Operate the hotel switchboard, manage calls, messages, and wake‑up requests.
• Follow safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality‑related degree or diploma is a plus.
• Customer‑facing experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a calm, professional demeanor, even during peak periods.
• Strong empathy, problem‑solving ability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of a Property Management System (e.g., Opera PMS).
