Hardware Technician – IT Infrastructure Support

About the role
We are seeking a Hardware Technician to ensure the availability and reliability of our business systems’ technical infrastructure. The role focuses on monitoring, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure, with an emphasis on Windows authentication and desktop support for internal users.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components to guarantee optimal performance.
- Implement and provide desktop support, including Windows authentication services.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware equipment according to company standards.
- Apply security policies, procedures, and standards during hardware installation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal customers to resolve technical issues promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
