HCM Consultant - HR Digital Transformation

About the role

An experienced HCM Consultant is sought to support HR digital transformation, HCM system implementation and HR process optimization projects in Saudi Arabia; the role may require relocation. The consultant works with business and technical teams to deliver projects successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and analyze HR processes
• Support HCM system implementation, configuration and integration
• Understand core HR, payroll, recruitment and employee lifecycle management
• Ensure alignment with Saudi Labor Law and local HR requirements
• Support data migration, system testing and user training
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to deliver projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of HCM consulting or implementation experience
• Knowledge of Saudi HR regulations and government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI and Mudad
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
