About the role
The Head of Creative Strategy will lead the development and scaling of a high‑performing creative engine that drives paid‑media results for multiple fast‑growing consumer brands. This senior leadership position sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative systems, and creator‑driven growth, operating in a fast‑paced, data‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the overall creative strategy and performance standards across a diverse portfolio of high‑growth consumer brand clients.
- Build, refine, and operationalize creative frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs based on platform insights and performance data from Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
- Lead and develop a team of performance creative strategists, enhancing their ability to diagnose performance issues and create high‑converting concepts.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end creative production process with editing and production leads to ensure speed, quality, and scalability.
- Partner with creator and talent teams to align briefing, production, and paid‑media execution for maximum impact.
- Own creative onboarding for new clients, delivering early performance wins within the first 30 days.
- Act as the senior creative authority in client conversations, presenting insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Continuously analyze creative performance trends to identify optimization and scaling opportunities.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in performance creative, preferably within a fast‑paced marketing or performance‑driven agency.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as improved conversion rates, reduced CPA, or significant revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in direct‑response marketing and paid‑social creative performance, especially on Meta and TikTok.
- Strong leadership experience building and mentoring high‑performing creative teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
