Head of E-commerce

About the role

We are partnering with a market‑leading FMCG business in Saudi Arabia that is expanding its digital commerce footprint. The Head of E‑commerce will define the digital commerce strategy, manage relationships with the Kingdom’s largest online retailers and marketplaces, and lead a high‑performing team to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e‑commerce and digital commerce strategy.
• Own and nurture partnerships with major online retailers such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online, Talabat and other regional platforms.
• Lead a cross‑functional team focused on category growth, shopper experience and profitability.
• Manage P&L, joint business planning, trade investment and revenue growth initiatives.
• Provide strategic input to senior leadership and influence high‑level business decisions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG or consumer goods, preferably on the distributor side.
• Significant exposure to e‑commerce and digital commerce leadership.
• Proven track record of growing major online customers and marketplaces.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and joint business planning.
• Currently based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
