Head of Event Marketing (12‑month contract)

About the role

Tahaluf Al Emarat is seeking a senior, commercially‑driven Head of Event Marketing to lead integrated marketing campaigns for large‑scale conferences, exhibitions, summits and live experiences across Saudi Arabia. This 12‑month contract role will own the full event marketing lifecycle, from concept and strategy through execution, acquisition and post‑event analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive attendance, revenue, exhibitor participation and brand awareness.
• Manage the end‑to‑end event marketing process, including planning, execution, lead generation and post‑event analytics.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, commercial teams, production units and government stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary marketing teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, conduct audience analysis and adjust tactics to maximise impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in B2B and B2C event marketing, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven track record delivering high‑profile large‑scale events.
• Strategic leader comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with commercial, production and governmental partners.
