Head of Event Marketing

About the role

As the Head of Event Marketing at Tahaluf Al Emarat, you will lead the marketing function for the company’s large‑scale B2B and B2C events across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Portfolio Marketing Director and based in Riyadh, you will shape strategy, drive campaign execution and develop a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall event marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design team structures, recruit and line‑manage senior marketers and specialists.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Marketing Director to allocate resources and set KPIs.
• Champion the adoption and optimisation of marketing technology and digital channels.
• Oversee the planning, execution and performance tracking of multi‑channel campaigns.
• Mentor team members, create development roadmaps and ensure skill growth.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to maximise event reach and revenue.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in event or B2B marketing, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of successful collaborations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
