Head of Hospitality (Vice President)

About the role

The organization seeks a senior hospitality executive to define and execute its hospitality strategy across hotels, resorts, serviced residences and mixed‑use developments. Reporting to senior leadership, the Vice President will oversee the full lifecycle of hospitality assets, from investment planning to operational excellence, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long‑term hospitality growth strategy and business plans.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities and lead market expansion across Saudi Arabia and selected regional markets.
• Lead feasibility studies, master planning, design coordination, operator selection and project delivery for new hospitality assets.
• Manage pre‑opening activities, readiness programs and operational hand‑over for new properties.
• Monitor and improve portfolio performance metrics such as EBITDA, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and profitability.
• Negotiate and manage Hotel Management Agreements, Franchise Agreements and other commercial contracts with international operators.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with global hospitality brands and industry stakeholders.
• Drive asset repositioning, value‑enhancement initiatives and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience in hospitality development, asset management or operations.
• Strong track record of delivering large‑scale hotel, resort or mixed‑use projects on time and within budget.
• Deep understanding of hospitality financial metrics and performance drivers.
• Experience negotiating and managing contracts with international hotel operators.
• Ability to align hospitality initiatives with broader corporate and Vision 2030 objectives.
