Head of HR Administration & Operations

About the role

A leading property and construction organisation is looking for a Head of HR Administration & Operations to lead its HR division at group level, reporting to the CHRO. The role covers HR operations across the property industry and is based in Jeddah.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR Administration & Operations Department to ensure efficient and effective processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws in Jeddah.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiatives within the property industry.
• Monitor and improve employee performance management systems.
• Supervise payroll and benefits administration for timely and accurate delivery.
• Advise senior management on HR matters and analyse HR data to support decision-making.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven expertise in HR operations within the property industry.
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in Jeddah.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR software and tools.

• Permanent position with a competitive salary of AED 540,000 to AED 660,000 per year.
