Head of Talent Acquisition Department

About the role

A prominent property and construction company based in Jeddah is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead a group-level recruitment team and report to the CHRO. The role leads the recruitment strategy and oversees all aspects of talent acquisition within the property industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process and ensure the selection of high-calibre candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design tailored hiring plans.
• Implement innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent in the property industry.
• Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering professional development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout recruitment.
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in human resources, particularly talent acquisition in the property industry.
• Strong leadership skills and experience designing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.

What we offer

• Annual salary of AED 432,000 to AED 528,000.
