About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Human Resources to steer the company’s HR function and align people strategies with business objectives. The role will shape culture, drive talent acquisition, and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations while supporting organisational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy that supports overall business goals.
- Lead recruitment initiatives for critical positions and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Design and optimise performance management and employee incentive programmes.
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures to maintain market competitiveness.
- Create and deliver training and development programmes that enhance employee capabilities.
- Manage employee relations and resolve labour issues in accordance with Saudi labour law.
- Provide HR analytics and reporting to inform senior management decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–12 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in senior management roles.
- In‑depth knowledge of Saudi labour law and local employment regulations.
- Proven strategic thinking, leadership, communication and team‑management abilities.
- Fluent English proficiency.
