Head of Marketing & Growth Lead

About the role

MySouq is looking for a senior, commercially‑driven marketing leader to build the marketing function from scratch, scale the brand, and grow the customer base across Saudi Arabia. This hands‑on role will shape strategy, launch the brand, acquire customers, and create a scalable growth engine while later leading a larger team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute MySouq’s overall marketing and growth strategy, including go‑to‑market plans for the Saudi market.
• Establish brand positioning, messaging, and identity across digital, social, content, advertising and customer touchpoints.
• Design and run customer acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, social, influencer, referral and partnership channels.
• Monitor and optimise key metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, LTV, revenue and GMV.
• Lead performance marketing, analytics and CRM initiatives to drive transactions and revenue.
• Continuously assess market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a strong commercial mindset and proven ability to build marketing functions in a startup environment.
• Hands‑on leader who can execute tactics while shaping long‑term strategy.
• Comfortable working closely with founders and senior management, challenging assumptions constructively.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly and scale a team as the business grows.
