Head of Operations

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head the operations function of our manufacturing business in Dammam. The role will oversee end‑to‑end production, drive operational excellence and support the company’s growth in the oil & gas supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a workforce of over 100 staff across CNC machining, welding, fabrication and remanufacturing units.
• Develop and execute production planning, maintenance, procurement and supply‑chain strategies to meet capacity and quality targets.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Oversee greenfield plant set‑up or major capacity expansion projects, ensuring compliance with API‑certified manufacturing standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, health‑safety and commercial teams to align operational performance with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 18 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in oil & gas upstream or precision machining environments.
• Proven track record managing large CNC machining facilities (20+ machines) and complex fabrication or remanufacturing plants.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams of 100+ employees.
• Familiarity with the GCC/Saudi manufacturing ecosystem is an advantage.
