Head of Talent Acquisition – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment function for a Saudi‑headquartered, global organisation driving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 agenda. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate ambitious growth plans into a high‑performing hiring engine that balances speed, quality and localisation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a TA strategy aligned with business expansion, Saudisation targets and workforce planning.
• Build, coach and hold accountable a high‑performing TA team, setting standards and performance metrics.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape role definitions, assessment frameworks and hiring decisions.
• Design streamlined hiring processes that deliver fast, high‑quality outcomes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Enhance employer brand and candidate experience in a competitive KSA market.
• Manage external agencies and partners through clear SLAs, performance tracking and ROI analysis.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary trends, timelines and hiring risks.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition functions and managing TA teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Outcome‑focused mindset, delivering measurable hiring results.

Required skills

• Experience in both agency and in‑house recruitment environments.
• Deep understanding of KSA/GCC labour markets, Saudisation and localisation hiring.
• Comfort with TA metrics such as time‑to‑hire, quality‑of‑hire, funnel conversion, source performance and forecasting.
