Head of Treasury & Banking

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Treasury function in Riyadh. Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Treasury & Banking will shape strategy, manage liquidity and provide senior‑level financial guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Treasury strategy, overseeing cash and liquidity management, cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital optimisation.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with major Saudi banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate and manage financing facilities, credit lines, pricing, fees and banking agreements.
• Oversee letters of credit (LCs), guarantees (LGs), trade finance and other banking instruments.
• Manage treasury‑related financial risks, controls, governance and compliance.
• Provide strategic treasury advice to the CFO and senior management.
• Lead, develop and mentor the Treasury team while driving process improvement and digitalisation.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of relevant Treasury, Corporate Finance or Banking experience.
• 3–5+ years in a senior Treasury leadership role such as Head of Treasury or Treasury Director.
• Established banking relationships in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record in banking and financing negotiations, including facility agreements and commercial terms.
• Hands‑on knowledge of LCs, LGs, trade finance, credit facilities and cash management.
• Experience in a large or complex corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualifications are a plus.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.
