Health Representative – Rare Disease

About the role

The Health Representative for rare diseases will promote Pfizer’s brand portfolio and enhance the experience of healthcare professionals (HCPs) within the assigned territory. This role focuses on delivering science‑based messaging and tailored content to support HCPs in meeting patient needs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage HCPs with promotional, science‑based brand messages that address patient needs.
• Provide a broader range of disease‑state content to support clinical discussions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for compliant, reactive connections to Pfizer subject‑matter experts and resources.
• Onboard customers to Pfizer’s operating model and digital platforms such as the Digital Engagement Portal.
• Orchestrate an optimal customer experience by selecting relevant content based on individual preferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a multinational organization (preferred).
• Strong business knowledge and customer acumen.
• Effective selling and presentation skills in both virtual and face‑to‑face settings.
• Digital learning agility and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Sound understanding of compliance and integrity principles.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Proven record of sales achievement and knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas, products, and competitors.
