Health, Safety & Environment Engineer (Remote – Riyadh)

About the role

PAFTRUE is seeking a full‑time Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Engineer to support its digital Permit‑to‑Work platform. Based in Riyadh, you will develop and standardise HSE documentation, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with the cloud‑based system and meets client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and standardise HSE checklists, procedures, templates, and workflows for integration into the PAFTRUE application.
• Develop PTW templates, risk assessment formats, method statements, inspection checklists, and compliance documentation aligned with IMS standards.
• Conduct third‑party audits and support IMS implementation across client projects.
• Review client documentation to ensure alignment with local and international safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the product team to guarantee technical documents are accurate, user‑friendly, and operationally sound.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, occupational health & safety, environmental science, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing HSE programs on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
