About the role
Eram Talent, a global talent acquisition consultancy, is recruiting a Heavy Equipment Operator for a construction project based in Yanbu. The role involves operating heavy machinery on site while following project plans and safety rules.
Key responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoe, suction truck, dump truck and boom truck
- Follow project plans, blueprints and instructions
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with fellow workers and supervisors
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports as required
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator
- Licensed and certified to operate heavy equipment
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
