Lifting Supervisor

About the role

Eram Talent, a talent acquisition company, is recruiting a Lifting Supervisor for a client in the construction industry, based in Yanbu. The supervisor oversees and coordinates lifting operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. The position is on site.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in the construction industry.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, able to manage and motivate a team of lifting operators.
• Extensive knowledge of lifting techniques and equipment, including cranes, hoists and rigging.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in lifting operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lifting plans.
• Certifications such as CPCS or NPORS are highly preferred.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in demanding environments.
