Home Care Charge Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a Home Care Charge Nurse to lead our nursing team delivering in‑home medical services across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure clinical standards are upheld, coordinate patient care plans and support staff during visits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional standards and ensure compliance with Dallah Home Care policies.
• Monitor implementation of doctors’ orders and patient management plans, notifying senior staff of any deterioration.
• Oversee accurate documentation of patient progress and maintain drug, IV fluid and equipment records.
• Manage stock and supplies in the home‑care medical store, ensuring proper storage of controlled substances.
• Develop staffing schedules, adjust assignments based on patient acuity, and approve overtime when needed.
• Provide clinical orientation for new hires and ongoing education for all nursing staff.
• Act as backup nurse during visits and support nurses on the field.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head Nurse or Director of Nursing.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of nursing experience, preferably in home‑care or community settings.
• Registered nurse status with a valid Saudi nursing registration.
• Strong ability to advocate for patients and ensure continuity of care during handovers.
• Excellent judgment in staffing and resource allocation.
