Home Care Nurse – Al Khobar

About the role

Taib, a leading home healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Home Care Nurse to deliver professional nursing services to patients in Al Khobar. You will provide safe, compassionate care in patients' homes, supporting recovery and chronic disease management.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions during home visits.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patients with chronic illnesses and post‑hospitalization needs.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication administration, and preventive care.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and report concerns to the attending physician.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and visit documentation.
• Provide emotional support and promote patient comfort and well‑being.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations including CBAHI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma.
• Valid classification and registration from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Previous experience in home health care (mandatory).
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient‑focused attitude.
