Home Care Nurse – Jeddah

About the role

Taib, a leading home‑healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified Home Care Nurse to deliver professional nursing services to patients in Jeddah. The role involves providing safe, compassionate care in patients’ residences, supporting recovery and chronic disease management.

Key responsibilities

• Visit patients at home to assess, monitor and document health status.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections and perform wound‑care procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide education to patients and families on disease management, medication use and preventive care.
• Identify changes in condition and promptly report to the attending physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records, visit documentation and ensure compliance with infection‑control and CBAHI regulations.
• Offer emotional support to promote patient comfort and well‑being.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a Nursing Diploma.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Prior experience in home health‑care.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
