Horeca & Food Services Sales Specialist

About the role

The Horeca & Food Services Sales Specialist supports B2B sales activities within the hospitality and food services sector. You will manage client relationships, generate new leads, and ensure excellent service for existing partners, helping to expand Barnes' presence in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies) and promote Barnes products.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership.
• Support contract negotiations and assist in preparing proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and client inquiries to uphold high service standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and client‑facing materials.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the hospitality and food services sector.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospective client status.
• Deliver presentations, product demos, and tastings to attract clients and support deal closure.
• Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on performance, client updates, and market analysis.
• Coordinate internally with logistics and operations to ensure smooth delivery and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the HORECA or food & beverage sector.
