Multi-Store Manager – Coffee

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Multi‑Store Manager for our specialty coffee chain in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of several coffee stores, ensuring consistent quality and driving growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple specialty coffee stores in the designated area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality products and services.
• Monitor and analyse store performance through regular visits and audits.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Train and mentor store managers on effective management techniques and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store managers.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of store managers and other staff.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels at all times.
• Identify and address operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the specialty coffee industry, preferably in multi‑store or regional management.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.
