Hospitality & Retail Services Coordinator

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Hospitality & Retail Services Coordinator to oversee daily operations across hospitality, retail, and catering services. The role ensures high service quality, compliance with safety standards, and strong customer satisfaction while supporting marketing and community initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hospitality, retail, and catering operations to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Support marketing and promotional activities for retail outlets and catering services.
• Assist in developing merchandising plans, catering menus, and service enhancements.
• Liaise with service providers to maintain high standards and monitor health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Prepare and manage service contracts and lease agreements for vendors.
• Organise community events, pop‑up shops, and catering services to enrich the KAUST experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory tracking and optimise stock levels for retail and catering supplies.
• Assist in budget monitoring, cost control, and financial reporting for operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of operational experience in hospitality, retail or catering, with exposure to HSE standards.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to collaborate across teams.
