Hospitality & Retail Services Coordinator

About the role

Eram Talent, a talent acquisition company, is looking for an experienced Hospitality & Retail Services Coordinator based in Jeddah. The coordinator supports the coordination and execution of daily operations across hospitality, retail and catering services, manages service quality and compliance with safety and contractual standards, and works with service providers, internal teams and stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for hospitality, retail and catering services
• Support marketing and promotional strategies for retail outlets and catering services
• Help develop plans for retail merchandising, catering menus and service enhancements
• Liaise with service providers to maintain high standards
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in preparing and managing service contracts and lease agreements for retail and catering vendors
• Organize and support community events, pop-up shops and catering services
• Inspect retail, hospitality and catering facilities regularly
• Gather and analyze customer feedback
• Coordinate retail and catering services for the university
• Manage inventory tracking and stock levels, and assist with budget monitoring and cost control

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field
• 3-5 years of operational experience in hospitality, retail or catering, including HSE experience
• Arabic and English, spoken and written
• Understanding of financial and contract management
